How his shoulder injury is healing and how he differs his workout now that he has to nurse his injury. New routines weight variations and diffrent styles of lifting now. I'm nursing a unexplainable rotator cuff injury from an accident and can't sleep certain ways and can't lift certain ways. His advice may help others

Ask him to get Sam sulek to come to OZ, or go train with him the next time he's in the US. Sam sounds like he thinks highly of Lee. I'd love to see that, I think it would be brilliant. Is Lee coming to Perth anytime soon.
