Thank YOU for all that you do! I found your channel just a couple of months ago and I love it! Many of your recipes remind me of my childhood(born in Eastern Europe), except they were a LOT more calorific... triple cream sour cream on everything, butter used quite liberally, well you know 😁 Your re-created recipes don't compromise on taste and texture. Keep up with your awesome content! ~ GayanĂ© from Central California

I just found your channel this week. I've ordered my PB2 and collagen and I'm waiting for them to arrive in the mail in a few days on Friday. I'm excited to try your oatmeal and oat pancakes! I will definitely let you know how I like them! Will you show some more recipes using PB2 and collagen? Thanks and keep the recipes coming!

@Grinderfeed

Your recipes seem safe for diabetics but it would help greatly if you could include the nutritional values in each recipe link

I just happened upon your channel looking for sugar & fat free flourless pancakes. I watched your Apple pancake recipe and it looked delicious. I had all the ingredients, so I made them. I’m sorry to say that while they looked really delicious, I didn’t care for them at all. While the outside was golden brown & somewhat crisp, the inside was extremely dense, gooey, gluey & chewy. I not only cooked them for several minutes on each side until they were bubbling and golden brown as you showed in the video, but the consistency was nothing like a pancake. Also, I would use half of the lemon zest. They tasted like lemon pancakes instead of apple pancakes. I couldn’t taste the delicate sweet flavor of the apples because the lemon overpowered them. The only thing I did different t from your recipe was to use a fresh bag of Quaker oat flour, instead of grinding the oats myself. You mentioned in the video that this was an acceptable substitution. I’m not sure what went wrong. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thank you. P.S. I was confused by the egg amount. I thought you said 2 eggs, but when I looked at the recipe it said two eggs plus egg white, so I went ahead and used both, since it didn’t say eggs “or” egg whites.

Hi the apple pancakes just popped up on my recommended lordi they look good. Could you make batter night before and just bring out of fridge in morning to room temp give a good stir and use. I would find that huge time saver as often last thing at night have spare time but morning frantic. I look forward to diving into channel to find more gems
