It depends on the video if it's something like pacing or nutrition then listen while doing other things but on structured videos on running form s+c techniques etc then watch the full video with full attention

I generally "watch" them whilst on the cross trainer and so listen more than watch

Depends on if I sought out the video as a point of focused learning or am subscribed to a channel. I often just listen as I'm always keen to learn and improve but the subjects rarely match my primary focus.
