I’m a man of course it’s mostly the stomach. I got down to 15.5% but I went to hard on my cut I was almost below 1000 calories a day so I’m on a diet break I’m probably below 3000 calories a day (I’m 6 4) everything feels much better I pulled a back muscle my Achilles tendons were hurting. I’m getting crazy doms from working out so maybe this break is good. I will continue my diet next week I think. But this time I’m going to try to stay over 1500 calories instead of under. My problem is I’m not good w consistency I go harder and harder until I hit a breaking point than fix myself awhile. I have accepted that hunger will be a forever thing and I’m losing my ability to be comfortable with comfort. Or I became comfortable with being uncomfortable.
