Yeah, that same weird stuff is happening on my end, too. I totally get your frustration; I know the feeling. The only thing I can think of is that the YouTube algorithm glitched out and the view count will fix itself in a bit. It's happened before.

This happened to me as well. Views are deducted for no reason. I tried to ask YouTube Creator Support but only got the reply that this is “normal data fluctuation”. It’s really frustrating to be treated like this as a VR content creator, as you need to put extra effort to make VR videos.😢

I hear this happening to a lot of channels. That and losing subscribers. I'm not sure how, but i hope it helps to know you aren't alone

That is very strange, VR Getaway. YT algorithms are very unfair. They benefit trendy channels, not smaller creators. I find that i lose views and likes more on my shorts. Sorry to see that happen. I know you work hard on your videos and it shows.

Wish I knew how things like that are happening so often. I am not losing that many views simply becaus Ai have not enough views and hours, but even a small channel like mine gets these fen struggles all the time. I was so happy with a 74 hours watchtime video. Next morning over 20 hours were gone. Such a struggle to just get monetized. I hope it will get sorted but I doubt it. Sending lots of hugs to you.

This is same happening with me too my friend, i just don't understand this , i think this because of most people who just watching for few seconds only , first it count and later removed itself , i think if at least 2 minutes if they watch then it will be good and not drop down the views

PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND? How do you lose 2200 views on a video overnight? I have not been doing anything fake, and on June 30 my Burr Trail 360 video had at least 3300 views, on July 1 it dropped to only 865 views. Why?! I promise I did not do anything to deserve this!! On July 3 my views were up to 1.5K views, but then on
July 5 they were down to 729 views, and on July 7 it was up to 1000.
I thought views were strictly you get a view and it goes up. I had no idea this new Social score mess is allowing views to ride a rollercoaster! Is there another explanation I don't understand?!!I am trying SO hard to be authentic, genuine, and real here and have been trying so hard not to do anything that might get flagged. It feels very unfair to have my views being manipulated like that, and definitely disheartening to ride this rollercoaster.
