Those are terrible mre's they use all sorts of harmful toxic ingredients...hydrogenated oils, tbhq and other really bad preservatives, harmful artificial colors, aspartame gum, and on and on and on ... Also I find the quality of the food is often very poor...this is the official us gov mre...why am I not surprised? I just had someone give me a big bag of these...after opening several pouches and examining the ingredients I gave them all in a free for the taking area...I'm all set on those id starve to death before I eat that trash poison!
