Hey everyone! After some thought, I’ve decided to rename the channel to "Sanchit Gamedev"! This new name perfectly represents what we’re all about—game development insights, stories, and gaming adventures. 🌟
Now, many of you have asked what "GNG" in SanchitGNG stands for. It’s actually from my very first project, GamersNGame, which I created back in class 8! It was a platform where people could download games, and it surprisingly became quite popular. However, it was shut down in March 2015 (when I was in class 10) due to multiple copyright strikes by Ubisoft.
From a game pirate website to becoming a game developer, it’s been quite a journey. I started purchasing games after class 10 and completely stopped pirating games when I was in college. There’s a beautiful story behind this—a game I pirated left me with such a deep sense of guilt that I ended up purchasing it after completing it. I’ll share the full story with you one day. 💙
