#2. It’s simple, to the point and current.

What you all fail to understand is Cyprus is a micronation. Olives, tourism etc can only bring in so much. Now the financial services sector is another beast. As a non-practising corporate/investment finance specialist, many smaller nations due to their tiny footprint have very little to produce due to again, their tiny size. They can lease an army base to a foreign power to gain rental income and their respective servicemen purchasing local retail products. Moreover, a small agricultural sector if possible, an international university etc. This leaves the financial services sector as the only avenue to extract large revenue. 1. Zero Company/Corporate Tax 2. Reduced regulations governing the source of how the funds were acquired. 3. Rules, Legislation regarding stringent auditing regimes are relaxed. 4. Legislating a haven from double taxation. However this is arbitrary, as the source of income is generated in the tax haven is thus exempt from income tax. 5. Zero dividend tax. 6. A streamlined process to incorporate a company/trust/corporation and vice versa. 7. Any convicted white collar crimminal can practice in the country. 8. Fees are charged appropriately for the financial sector to thrive. 9. Neo-liberal/libertarian economic policy is king in these territories. 10. There is also a great need for company law, tax, property, global compliance, property, and estate attorneys. Not forgetting international finance, equity, debt, investment finance & global trade specialists. Cyprus, Cayman Islands, Square Mile of London, Jersey & Guernsey, Panama, Mauritius are but a few of these respectable institutions not forgetting the Gems of Singapore & Hong-Kong. The state of Delaware is the home of Yankee incorporation. I was very disappointed when the Bahamas riffled their feathers. It was a pleasure giving those whom read this, a free consultation.

1st one has a level of ambiguity that would attract more clicks

@zastava1990

Tbh, the 4th option is the best as it's short and interesting, and it will probably get more new viewers to click on the video. Also, can you make more videos on russian cities more often as that is what made me interested in your channel :)

@missingmochigumanofficial

Maybe "How This Mediterranean Island Became Kremlin's Bank"? That would 1) catch the attention of people who've never heard of Cyprus, and 2) make them wonder what the *Mediterranean*, rather than just broadly *Europe*, has to do with Russian money (I think it invokes more curiosity that way).

@svennielsen633

The first option is the worst.

@wearebecomedeathstar2658

I would deliberately avoid clicking the #1 option due to not telling me which island from the start. Obvious signs of click bait titles and thumbnails are to be avoided.
