Starting December 1st, TODAY, I challenge YOU (and me obvs) to 25 days of discipline which includes:

1. Reading your Bible daily - Iโ€™m gonna be following a 25 day advent devotional leading up to Christmas & the celebration of the birth of Jesus, our Saviour!!โœจ๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

2. 8-10k steps each day ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ๐Ÿ”๏ธ

3. daily movement or lift (you could do mobility work or walking/hiking etc. on your rest days from lifting)๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

4. Prioritising whole foods at LEAST 80% of the time๐Ÿฅโœจ
