Honestly it's safer to add a warning. For one, people who are easily triggered can stay safe and away. For two, "Dead Dove don't eat" is exactly what it means. You have set up a warning if people complains it's their problem, not yours. It's way better to have an over safe than accidentally causing a bad trigger because you didn't warn about the content. While blood is a debatable thing since it's FNAF, it's probably because there's people who makes "wholesome" FNAF videos with family moments, etc. So yeah, Lore FNAF involves blood, but better be safe than sorry.

Some people really can’t handle blood, whether it’s fiction or real, I’m one of them honestly, and it’s honestly safer to add a warning for 2 reasons: 1. People will immediately hate on you for not including a “trigger warning” or a regular warning in general. 2. It can make people confused and traumatized

I don't mind if you don't add a warning because it's not triggering to me but it could be to other people who can get triggered by blood! Otherwise I say even if it's a tiny bit of blood, add a warning
