Starting small LLCs and returning personal contributions into them maybe even going tax negative or neutral. Basically limiting profits to reduce tax deficit yearly

I live in Silicon Valley and I earn seventy thousand dollars a year...that's 50k UNDER the poverty line here. So doing investments in real estate is really not an option for me. Knowing that I will never qualify to purchase property where I live And moving is not an option As I look after. My elderly parents.... I look at all the other ways to invest and save on taxes With what little I can manage . I realize a lot of your clients are very comfortable in comparison to me or even rich so you aren't aiming your advice so much at folks like me... But I do appreciate all the knowledge you share and I am learning to do what I can with what I have.

Accountability. Specifically federal income tax is optional if navigated correctly. Knowledge is the key

Im curious as which is best, i have heard equal arguments for the IRA and charity and so on, ultimately to hear at the end, “you need to choose which is best for you”…problem is after hearing these statements I’m back at the beginning… “I Don’t Know”. So it will be awesome to hear clear knowledge of the topic!

How much am I really making if I have to pay high interest rates on a second mortgage? Then on top of that, taxes, repairs and insurance on a rental.
