My favorite one is the episode where that guy was going around giving AIDS to women in dating apps. When they arrest him, Liv is basically taunting him in the hold and he spits on her. She dodges it but looks back at him and says “you trying to infect me too?” You could literally see that man completely get embarrassed. It was so fucking funny when I first saw it as a kid.
