Do you regularly train parkour IRL?

@LitCactus

Needs an option for "used to, but no longer actively train"

@fr33z1ng

There should be a third option, "I had a brief parkour phase 5 years ago but I'm still subscribed to Storror cuz they're cool and also cuz nostalgia".

Man as a kid, I was doing what you call parkour. I jumped from high walls onto trees, from edge to edge, we had river challenges n stuff. Never bothered finding a name for it. Eventually there was this french movie someday where they chased that guy out of a building complex into neo Paris stuff. Insane and it was called parkour. I moved on. Never did again what we have done as kids. No I don't train parkour, but I feel it in my bones watching your videos and I love that you made a living out of my childhood dreams and you even brought it to another level (no doubt about that)

Where is the "I am an old bastard" option

@tanikokishimoto1604

71 years old, and bad legs. But I love to watch and to dream vicariously.

@braidenr4

I stopped actively training years ago. Still love it though

Agree with needing some more options to answer this one... didn't even know about parkour pre storror but have always enjoyed playing on obstacles and creating random challenges.. I saw it more as a subset of climbing but it included balances and jumps and strides too. Just play really and challenging myself to do not that dangerous but scary things. Would be interesting to have a poll to see how many climbers watch.. I'm guessing quite a few

If you count vaulting the coffee table to get to the fridge quicker, absolutely.

After breaking my kneecap last summer, I'm finally back on my feet. For the first time in my adult (59) life I started walking over park benches and little walls, jumping down edges. Building trust and balance. Who would've known?

I’m into all types of outdoor sports: mountain biking, cross-country skiing, backpacking, disc golf, kayaking. Although I’m not a parkour guy myself, because of my own sports, it’s easy for me to admire the Storror crew’s physical mastery and graceful execution. Love watching you guys when I’m not outside myself!

Where's, abit?

@pilearts

wow i’m honestly surprised it’s such a small percentage. i’m 12 years in, and it’s consumed my life completely. i’m grateful to have a youtube channel that consistently portrays this niche sport in the perfect light to all you lovely folks. definitely give it a try if you a gym + coaches near you.

Wish I had, I'm sure it would have been my thing 💯. Now I'm 41 with a bad back and lots of regrets over things I should have done.

@sammycinnamon7300

I've jumped from the 4th step up and slid down banisters

@Soruwu

Been training on and off the last couple years. There are very few spots for training where I live unfortunately, so it makes it a little more difficult (and no parkour community from what I can tell). But still, working with what I got so far!

It would be cool to have a video for beginners breaking down the basic techniques and terminology.
