Call them/send a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I deal with Amazon, and/or Knife Center. KC publishes all product reviews, even ones that aren't so good. Always received good customer service from Amazon.

They moved to Virginia last year.Maybe that's why they are slow.Moves canbe disrupting.

Tell me your experience (good/bad) when it comes to BladeHQ, Knifecenter or other online knife retailers! 🔪 In some ways customer experience is at least as important as good pricing, convenience and availability.
