Someone said that it sucks my show uses “so much AI now.” I wanna make this VERY clear, Cheap has NEVER utilized AI. Everything is drawn by me, and voices are done by actors. In my craft videos, I always try to emphasize the importance of artist driven art and making things your own unique way. The entire premise of Cheap (as the title implies) and this channel overall is to encourage people that art is driven by people who simply want to make it. It doesn’t matter if all you have are bare bone tools, if you wanna make an animated show or anything, figure out how to make one and go for it.

AI is something we don’t resort to here.

In that commenter’s defense, they commented that on a video with a lot of chroma key effects, so maybe that threw them off. Granted, that video was from six years ago, and not “now”… but still.

It really does suck that it has gotten to this point. But you made yourself pretty clear, and I think that spreads a really good message. It doesn't matter how many resources you have, you can still make something as long as you put enough time, effort and love Into it. While it may not be Glitch Productions quality, you still made it with your soul and it is all that matters

This was me, and I have to say, this was a complete misunderstanding and I hate how I accidentally insulted that cheap cartoon episode because I greatly admire your work although the context for that comment is strange and I will explain why I posted it. I watched the cheap cartoon episode and left a joke comment saying something about jason voorhees being attractive and then I saw an annoying orange video in my recommended called "scareapist" and decided to check it out. There was a ton of random scenes where to make the characters look like monsters but they used a ton of ai to turn the characters into monsters instead of making actual art and it upset me because I grew up with the annoying orange so I left a comment talking about me being disappointed that they used so much ai for a video and then decided to take a nap. When I woke up, I saw you replying to my comment and got a bit confused why you were on a random annoying orange video until I realized youtube decided to just suck and for some reason posted the comment I was trying to leave on a recent annoying orange episode on a 6 year old cheap cartoon episode and it made me look like a jerk and an idiot at the same time and it really hurt that it posted my comment complaining about ai on your show instead of annoying orange since I love your videos. They're incredibly funny and your art is incredibly well made and as you said in this very post, your channel is all about encouraging creativity and making interesting art. Your arts and crafts videos like the spongebob dolls and comic recreations as well as cheap cartoon (even if I haven't watched much of it) is incredibly well animated so to insult it completely by making it look like ai sucks and I'm so sorry for accidentally making myself look like an idiot and a jerk and insulting it. You're one of the most fun youtubers to watch that I recently discovered so it sucks that this youtube glitch made me completely embarrass myself in front of you. Sorry for sny confusion.
