In the days of Noah, people were living their lives—eating, drinking, marrying—completely unaware that judgment was near. They ignored the warning… until it was too late. The door of the ark was shut by God Himself (Genesis 7:16), and no one outside could enter anymore.
Jesus compares those days to the time of His return (Matthew 24:37-39). It’s a wake-up call. Just as the ark was the only place of safety then, Christ is our only refuge today.
To the Church in Laodicea, Jesus gives a deeply personal invitation:
“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with Me.” — Revelation 3:20
This is not just a message to unbelievers—it’s a call to a lukewarm Church. A call to open our hearts fully. Not tomorrow. Not when it’s more convenient. Now.
Like in Noah’s time, the door of mercy is open—for a while. Don’t delay. Jesus is knocking. Will you answer before the door closes?
