The parable of one who remembers his Lord and one who does not remember is that of the living and the dead.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6407, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 779 Those who listen (in truth), be sure, will accept: as to the dead, Allah will raise them up; then will they be turned unto Him.(QS Al An'aam:36) But none will keep it in remembrance except as Allah wills: He is the Lord of Righteousness, and the Lord of Forgiveness.(QS Al Muddatsir:56)

Some days it’s easy to feel connected to Allah. Other days, even remembering to make du’aa feels hard.
This du’aa is a quiet confession: “I can’t do it on my own.”
It’s the Prophet ﷺ teaching someone he loved (Muʿadh ibn Jabal) to ask Allah after every prayer, for help.
Help to remember.
Help to be grateful.
Help to worship in a way that truly reflects our love for Him.
It’s one thing to know what’s right. It’s another to stay committed to it when your heart feels heavy and your mind is scattered.
May Allah give us the strength to stay close to Him, the ability to notice His blessings and the heart to worship Him with sincerity. Ameen.
