It's been 2.5 years. Although I started over 30, so my options probably aren't the same as if I had started at, say, 14-15. My health is not perfect either, I have to take this into account during my training. But my goal is more to improve my mood and self-confidence, to be satisfied with myself, and to do useful activities regularly (preferably daily). I'm not interested in constantly building muscle, I don't want to get bigger and bigger. My current condition is pretty good, if I can keep this up for many years, that's a great thing. The main thing is to enjoy the process. Whatever we can do, I don't think the most effective thing is the best. But what we love and can do. And to maintain our dedication and love of training in the long run.
