• i had to wash them my scalp was begging. i think it was probably the oil (ive noticed that oils make my scalp more dry) so im sticking to scalp serums instead :)
• i had little to no unraveling when i washed my hair! very happy about that lol. made doing my first retwist myself not too hard
• lots of shrinkage and frizz! i do think that washing actually helped my ends to start tangling AKA locing alittle faster (which is what we want!) i hope yal didn’t think my hair was going to stay the way it looked on the first day, lol
• sooo many product recommendations from you guys! some brands ill be checking out next include: Evolving Textures, Lion Locs and Ooli Beauty 🙌🏾
• i get my first real retwist next week and im so excited! so far this journey has really highlighted how far ive come in trusting my inner guidance on what to do and how to do it in ways that are for my highest good ⭐️
