I still don't understand why I'm paying a restaurant owners staff for them.?

Just pay them an hourly wage they're worth. It's not my responsibility to subsidize the businesses labor cost. @#$%in western culture bs.

$20…im not tipping more than that unless the service was Top tier and i didn’t have to ask for a damn thing. if i’m only at the restaurant for 45-60min $20 is sufficient.

$26.28.....and that all depends on the food, service, waiters, personality and how quick they are to respond to additional requests.

10-15 i know some other people can probably afford to tip more as they should but the minimum you should tip is 10-15 as a server i was fine with tips like that anything less than 10 tho is pretty cheap especially if my job was done well

Probably round up to 150, my quick math would put a fare tip for above par service at 27$

But why? What have they done to earn that tip. They do their job which is to get my food from the kitchen to my table without fucking up my order. Thats their job. I dont tip a car mechanic when i buy a car or the people working in elecrric department everytime i use the lights... I dont tip anyone because they get a salary for their job. Do you tip the pilot when he lands you safely? No...? Because landing a plane safely is way more difficult than carrying a plate of fries and a sandwich for 30 feetm and then setting it on a table without spilling the contents. If they want a tip they have to do something to earn it. Like pass me a free soda or give me a fucking blowjob😆

$30 tip if the service is good. $20 if it was mediocre and if it was bad, maybe nothing.

Do you tip at restaurants? 🤷🏽♂️
What tip would you leave on this $131 bill? Let’s say the server did an average job. 🙇♀️
