Yep. I have a Neptune 3 Pro. It gives me trouble on occasion. I simply reboot it, run the calibration + paper offset and away I go in less than 5 minutes. I'm excited for where they are going. I may get a Centauri Carbon to become my main printer and relegate the Neptune 3 to either my backup or give it to my brother in law.
