Probably the first time I’ve seen more people vote for the beta rather than the official public version

Installed iOS Public Beta 6 on my iPhone 11, and compared to the last 5 Public Beta updates, this one feels the smoothest of all the updates, less bugs (yet still has some) and app crashes.

I just want to thank all the beta testers providing information to those of us on the regular release. ❤

iPhone 14 Pro. Tried the betas, battery life was horrible. Used it for a week and went back to ios 18. Not planning to update until the official release drops

As I’ve previously mentioned, iOS 26 started out working great for me until PB4. After upgrading to this release I immediately started having problems with Messages and Mail. PB5 didn’t correct these issues, and neither did the RC. The impact on the ability to use my iPhone 15 PM was so great (I.e., needing to constantly power down the phone) that I reverted back to iOS 18.6.2. This version works perfectly without any of the problems that I encountered with later iOS 26 PB versions and the RC.

IOS 18.6.2 is super stable much better than the betas I used before restoring. And I will most probably stay with it cause the betas for two months killed my battery health. It’s improving now.

Beta 9 is great for the 16 pro max very smooth and the battery life on the ultra 2 watch is fantastic two and a half days and still at 65% a good update i have turned off background apps refreshing.

iPhone 16 with 100% battery health and 148 cycles. The battery is being consumed much quicker than usual and I’ve always had it set at 80% max charging. I don’t let it get below 20% but from 80-40 it drains really fast since the most recent update (non-beta)

16Pro battery good, no issues. I hate that hover bar in messages but keep forgetting to turn it off. Thanks for all you do!

iPhone 15 pro max, I’m on DB9 now and it’s the best one so far. The animations are smooth for the most of the time. The battery is still something that they need to work on. Long story short, it’s usable.

My 15 Pro Max is on iOS 26 beta 9. I have not seen any significant difference from beta 8 in my daily use. It’s early use of beta 9 but I do think the battery is better. Overall the best iOS from Apple yet. I like the glass but love the improved overall stability!

I’m on iOS 26 public beta 6 and the overall experience has been noticeable improved for me from the previous beta. However it’s not the same experience with AirPods specifically the Pro 2s on the latest firmware update. They frequently drop the ANC performance and even cut out the music or any other kind of sound playing. I hope that when iOS 26 comes out the AirPods will return back to normal when the public release is released.

I am currently running iOS 17.7.2 on my iPhone 12. So far, this update has been okay, still having a few issues here and there but it doesn’t seem too serious. I might be updating to iOS 18.7.2 or iOS 26 public release but I am not sure which one yet.

iPhone 12 Pro Max. Battery initially sucked for a couple days on public beta 5 but stabilized and on public beta 6 things are great. No complaints.

ios 26 beta 6 is the worst yet performance wise. the iphone 16 pro max was laggy af and in multiple apps it was clear that most of the time the refresh rate was under 80-90 hz. actually felt this on ios 18 aswell , and it was the reason i switched to the oneplus 13....

I am on iOS 26 pb6. Battery life is real good on iPhone 16 pro max. 36 hours ago I charged my phone to 80% and now dropped only to 45% after like 5 hours active use display.

I am on iOS 26 PB6 on my iPhone 15 and the update is very stable and smooth. Battery life seems to be improved majorly and other than some little bugs which are left here and there the software seems to be ready for public release

Just installed it today and I already submitted 7 visual bugs and 2 performance issues. It's so close to global release.
