Exist? Sure. In fact, they kind of already do, though they are currently just a gimmick for rich people, and I think that's all they will ever be, regardless of how much the technology improves. Flying cars will never fully replace ground based cars. They are too inefficient, expensive, and dangerous. They would consume a lot of energy, be super noisy, they are essentially mini-VTOLs, we'd have to completely redesign our infrastructure to account for them, and you would need both a driver's and pilot's license to fly one. Also, imagine how devastating a car crash in the sky would be? Somebody rams into another car at airspeed velocities, they would be killed instantly, fiery debris would rain down on peoples heads killing many more, parts of the vehicles will fly directly into skyscrapers and other distant places, like bullets. It would be disasterous! In my opinion, the future of transportation seems to be mass transit, like busses, trams, and trains.

My father back in the 80' thought that after 2000 we would be having flying cars. Imma be realistic and I would say flying cars will exist but somewhere after 2300

Can you imagine the amount of people who drive around now with their check engine light on? Think about it

Here’s a big fact about how Robots will be like in the future! In 2050, robots have the ability to master real world environments and an increasingly diverse range of 3D objects. Although, earlier robots were limited to fixed movements, this new generation has more dexterity and flexibility. They can adapt to new situations and solve more and more dynamic problems. And they can learn from their experiences and share knowledge with each other because of wireless internet speeds thousands of times faster than 6G and the exponentially growing amounts of data being gathered from their sensors.

Do you think flying cars will exist in the future? Airplane: Am I a joke to you?

Idk why so much ppl really think we will have flying cars. There’s such a high chance people will throw out stuff from their cars that probably hit. It sounds specific but most drivers do that AND how are they going to handle the traffic and it would be EXTREMELY hard for the police to work there. Also it’s very difficult to built rn flying cars (they already exist) so the cars have a high price that’s just not affordable even for people with much money. I personally think the future will have like flying „taxis“ for fast transportation but not for the normal people.

It's time we stop thinking like people from 1900s . Plane and car is like oil and water it doesn't mix . You don't necessarily need a vehicle that can fly and run on road . We need to think about a different type of vehicle. A personal VTOL. We already have those but not quite perfect. Now it's up to more time, research and development.

Flying cars already exist. They've been existing in somewhat practical forms since the 1960s (source: British pathè). The main reason they can't be used now is because of licensing and insurance; you would need it licensed and insured as both a car and a plane

I hope not, I have too many of those friends that ride around on empty saying "I know my car, relax!"😂

Germany has already successfully made 6 flying cars (a car in Disney planes in based on 1 of them) there are also many more prototypes flying cars already technically exist but are not open to the civil market

They could, but we already have more convenient ways of travel and one breaks down, depending on the altitude, it would likely cause a bit of collateral damage. Even if stationary, it would probably cost a fortune to repair.

I don't think flying cars will exist snd if they ever do they won't last long due to safety reasons, like if you've seen how people drive on the roads do you really want that in the air
