Today as I woke up and the birds were out singing, I was deciding on what to do today on my birthday. But before I got out of bed to start the day, I laid in bed for a while staring at the ceiling quietly. Without much thought I decided to simply stay at home where I am content. Home is where I feel happy, safe and have a personal space of my own. It is where I can shut myself off from the world if I choose to and not listen to all the madness be it from out in public or online. And that is what I decided to do today, my typical daily introverted things I do everyday which I couldn't have it any other way. Oh yeah and I got cake to celebrate but it was a mere quick errand for the special occasion and then I stayed at home. I'm not at all gog about birthday's but cake is a must.
