Wow, these results are genuinely quite surprising! A third (roughly, so far) of my audience is most interested in a time period I've never even touched! Time to start reading up on Pike and Shot, I suppose.

You doing videos on the 1500s-1600s is something we need itβs far too overlooked a quality channel like this would be amazing and would do the era justice

I think the cultural upheavals of the 19th century are just awesome. Republicanism, socialism, folks like Garibaldi, the American Civil War, the Belle Epoque, the Napoleonic wars, oh man. Just packed with world change.

The pike and shot era (1475-1700) is highly underrated. The only history YouTuber who seems to specialize in it is SandRhoman (he does a great job). The only time Iβve really seen it in fiction is AC2 and Warhammer Fantasy.

Please add a "Healthy mix" option. I'd like to see what you find to be a great case study for a concept, regardless of the era.

Seeing the transition of the Civil War from Napoleonic line warfare to proto WWI trench fighting will never not be fascinating to me.

I personally love the late Victorian era (in my definition, 1850-1914). I find everything about it fascinating!

pretty neck and neck between the 17th and 19th century for me, they've both absolutely fascinating with the level of upheaval and insanity

The Era of Pike and Shot is most fascinating to me. The clash between the Medieval political and social order with the advancing technologies and philosophical development of the Renaissance. And, of course, nearly constant warfare in Europe defined not by pitched battles in open fields but by great sieges lasting many years.

It really depends on how I feel at the time, so I like learning about all of them.

Guns and heavy armour, one of the most sick combinations ever seen on the battlefield.

I like the 19th century mostly for how the Industrial Revolution impacted the social fabric of European society.

I find it interesting how evenly spread out these results are. I have got to say btw, a few years ago I started watching your content. You're actually who got me into American Civil War Reenacting, and I have know do some huge events such as the 160th Gettysburg Reenactment with about 10000 reenactors, reenacted NCO's, skirmishers, fired cannons, and been on period steam boats for naval shore bombardments and landings (Battle of Mobile Bay). I am very grateful to your content for giving me such an in-depth love for history and the likes.
