First of all, thank you all for subscribing to my channel.
I would like to thank everyone who has ever came by my channel during the last years, who have both liked and disliked my videos, but who have viewed and most importantly those of you have stayed.
Apologies to those who have written me messages and I haven’t replied. The editing of the clips was time consuming enough to not be able to engage even more - even though I would have loved to. Because I love what I do on YouTube. And I would love to be able to connect to it 24/24.
Many of you have written to me and asked me why I’m not creating anymore. It’s been more than a year since the last time I’ve uploaded a clip. Well, besides being caught with a daily office job, the videos I’ve created have only been a passion of mine. Something I would do with my spare time, something that would help me explore a creative mood and also be able to express feelings. But I’ve never seen YouTube as something I would do everyday.
All of my videos that contain clips from movies are not monetised. Which make up for more than 90% of my channel. As I mentioned in my descriptions; I don’t do that for money. It’s not my content. I’m having fun doing, but it’s not something I pretend money from for obvious reasons; the music and the images are not mine, all I own is the editing. The authors/creators deserve all the praise and all the money for their art. Therefor I always flag the fact that I’m not monetising the content and I never had.
In the last few months I’ve considered the things in my life that make me happy. Therefor, I’ve decided to take a few steps towards what I love to do. I’m planning to work on different type of content that explore film photography (which I have also done in the past on this channel) and travel vlogging content. At the same time, I would like to continue to create from time to time content that made you subscribe to this channel. Which I would like to do in parallel. Because as I mentioned, I always loved doing that. And it hasn’t changed now.
What I ask you is your support. If you support my original content going forward, then I would also be able to continue creating the content that you originally loved on this channel. If I just keep uploading only content that is at risk of getting blocked for copyright, then my account might get terminated and no one would win from that; not me and not the creators who monetize the content.
