"I didn't invite you in here. Leave, or you'll be tresspassed." Get that on recording, and if they find any contraband not subject to their initial investigation anything up to that point is null, "fruit of the forbidden tree". They may confiscate the thing if you have said thing, but they can't charge you with it.

Garages aren’t considered part of the living quarter unless connected directly into the house by a door, but regardless it all requires a warrant, even sitting on standing on someones porch requires a warrant after refusal and they tell you to leave or your trespassing, cops don’t understand they can also be trespassing even if they have a “articulate suspicion” but can’t continue further without a warrant regardless

Unfortunately warrants aren’t needed when they have family and friends bringing them evidence and information… that makes getting a warrant a whole lot easier

How to stop a search: Officer: can I search --- You: no Simple

Bro if I didn't do shit and my neighbor is being a weirdo and misusing police resources by complaining about a noise that isn't actually there, I'm letting you tf in my garage. Now if I had a body in the freezer then I'm 100% telling them to come back with a search warrant 🤷🏾

These videos are actually helpful for most people because the police will gleefully ignore you telling them not to search your home when abusing their authority. Knowing how to look and sound the part is important because they wear body cams, one small mistake can get you killed and your family won’t even get justice.

Don't open your door, crack a window they can hear you. Stand firm on your rights

NEW VIDEO:
Your nosey neighbor hears noise they don’t like and they think it's coming from your house so they call the cops and make a noise complaint. The cops show up at your house and see your garage door wide open. Can they walk in and start looking around? In this video, I am breaking down 2 issues:
1. Can cops force open your garage and look around OR can they walk into your open garage just because a Karen neighbor makes a noise complaint and
2. What if you have a detached garage? Does that change what cops can do?
Stick around because knowing your rights and exercising them the RIGHT way can be the ultimate tool to stop cops from searching your garage.
