Nightwatch LW25, lasted 20 seconds before the LED started to burn out, maybe one to avoid.

Got mine (with my own $$) a few days ago, it may become my go to light. It is really hot at 6k lumens , but I will rarely run it above 1500. So far like the size and multiple configurations.

I bought 2 of them. Both work fine. I think you might have gotten a lemon.

Got mine today, works as intended, tons of br ight light ,heats quick in turbo and high, but steps down. Tiny hot rod for cheap.

It was the LW25 that was the first to have its LED burned out. Most likely, it was because the workers' welding process caused something to stick to the surface of the LED, or it might have been a defect in the core of the LED. However, as far as I know, it cannot use the JP30 battery. Maybe it was caused by too much current?

That’s a quick one. My Led Lenser M7 (~ winter 2010) is still shiny…

Artic alumina thermal glue has failed, so the thermal oath from the LED to the heatsink isn't there anymore. Cheap lights are cheaply built...
