I love this network. And the diagram it's very clean. But Paris: please, complete T3 and T3b, that I don't like see a uncomplete circle...

May I ask, what criteria does it take them to decide which zone/route should they build whether a Tram or a Metro way in France? And where can I read more about these online?

Are the lines that are disconnected from the rest of the tram network need their own depots or is there tram exchange lines between them?
