It's surprising how you knew about Hamtaro. There was hardly anyone else (apart from a few here on YT and Twitter so far) that has seen or heard about the show as it wasn't that kind of big of a fanbase (I even did a whole big retrospective video about it a few months ago).

I’m surprised at how many Thomas VHS tapes and DVDs are being sold. And I would get a few if I could, but I do believe Canada is included in the places that are outside the USA and are international. And if it’s no trouble asking, does international shipping exclusion include Canada too?
