Definitely. I've had a few non-breaking people come to me and say "Oh did you see this particular breaker? They aren't even breakdancing/it's a bit unprofessional". And my response has been "I can't for the life of me find their full performances online so I can't provide a fair commentary on their overall skill/routine. BUT from the brief snippets I've managed to see, I don't see anything I wouldn't consider breakdancing. It's a free form art form and goofy/weird/silly moves have always been part of it." And then I direct them to the Red Bull BC one battle between Cheerito(?) and Bruce Almighty who are both amazing and both have goofy moves in their routine. BA even does one of those big sumo wrestler steps (as the match was in Japan) and transitions from that into an epic power move.

I dont know if it's true but I heard breakdancing won't appear in the olympics in 2028, which is a bummer because I watched the Male event and it was one of the most entertaining bits in the entire olympics

Yes I watched it but only the highlights of the Olympics but that was awesome, both Bboy's and Bgirl's that I seen giving their best performance just to keep the culture alive......... peace ✌️

I'm proud and pleased to say that I didn't watch a single second of the Olympics so therefore have no idea who you are, and I'm grateful for that :)

Before giving your opinion on Breaking in the Olympics please consider this question:
1. Did I watch the event?
Thats it. Please don't give your opinion based on a meme, article you read the title of, photo or 30 second video that you watched. We are not showing up to your job and telling you don't belong in this position based on your picture on the wall. At least take some time to understand what we do and look at our resume.
