đź’Ą This is what keeps people in pain.

Most people aren’t limited by their injury — they’re limited by fear.

They’ve been told:
🚫 “Don’t bend.”
🚫 “Don’t twist.”
🚫 “Don’t lift.”
🚫 “Don’t move.”

So now they do less… move worse… and feel weaker.

But your spine isn’t fragile — it’s adaptable, resilient, and made to move.

🧠 The truth: avoiding movement is the fastest way to make your pain worse.

🔑 The solution: learn to move the right way again.

If you’ve been told to “rest” or “be careful,” it’s time to rebuild confidence in your spine — not fear it.

@Angelface11

I have to agree here. I was terrified to move after surgery and I was terrified to reignite that horrifying nerve pain that I had to go in for surgery for, but it's very true and your exercises have helped with the pain in my leg and foot from a disc getting irritated. Mobility exercises if done carefully are great for the body we all need them. Basically if we move around a lot like kids do and also eat right and get the right amount of good pure organic vitamins like having fruits and veggies that are organic and raw. It really does help a lot with your body as we get older
