Here's what I prepared for dinner yesterday after visiting Costco.
Below is the price information for Korean beef bulgogi and stir-fried octopus.
Korean beef bulgogi, Grade 1++: ₩71,264 / 1,584g (₩4,499 per 100g) Stir-fried octopus: ₩24,902 / 1,038g (₩2,399 per 100g)
After watching YouTuber @yooon's video of her grilling bulgogi without seasoning, I decided to steam the bulgogi. I wanted to cook it with frozen roasted sweet pumpkin together for convenience, but the result was delicious. (I stirred it once in the middle of cooking, it cooked well quickly. Steamed beef is delicious even with just sesame oil and salt sauce after cutting into bite sized pieces.)
I was curious about stir-fried octopus, so I bought it. (I commented on Mrs. Yoon's video that I like bland seasoning these days, but my words and actions are so contradictory. ^^;) It was spicy, but delicious. It was delicious, but a bit too spicy for me. Still, it was good with the sliced sweet radish I bought in advance.
I can say steamed bulgogi is easy to cook and taste good. ^^
HER VLOG
