Man! This is a really big “bug” in their system and WHY ARENT THEY TELLING THEIR SELLERS?! I’m relieved but somewhat skeptical. Like is this information credible? And I really hope this is true and that this isn’t the new normal but at the same time like why haven’t they told their sellers. Just a bag of mixed emotions

Wonder if the closure of new seller sign ups is related to this. Been refreshing every day hoping it's open again. Guess it gives me more time to sort through all the bulk.

I've seen a ton of posts of scam accounts over the past few months. I wonder if this update was to shore up anything on the backend to help prevent this...

It doesn't hurt to have more people put in tickets so they can prioritize this more. I think it's symptomatic of a bigger issue and the more attention it gets the more focus it gets. Be kind, informative, and hopefully this gets fixed pretty quick.

Not sure what’s going on but I also had issues changing my shipping cost (I’m not level 4 yet). I changed it from 1.27 to 1.22, and on my end it showed 1.22 but on my listings and on payments it was still showing 1,27. It also wouldn’t properly price match low if low was a seller with different shipping. Sometimes it didn’t account for the shipping at all. Other times it would only add/subtract like $.03 or $0.07 or some seemingly arbitrary amount of change. It’s really odd.

Guess we couldn’t count on TCG to be able to communicate the issue to IDON’TKNOW the people selling and buying stuff through them likely for prices higher than what is actually available and forcing us to order more packages from more stores..
