Our mission was to have fun workdays. And spend more time as a family. We weren't trying to build the next Amazon. So, our strategy looked different.

We want to deliver the best workshops our customers have ever seen. We also aim to work 34 hours per week. Therefore, we keep our company "do's" clear.

Do's:
- Every customer is our most important customer. Answer emails within 24 hours.
- Every workshop participant is our most important participant. Learn their names within 10 minutes. Use their names and background throughout the day. Talk to them individually and get feedback during breaks. Adjust if needed. Give them access to lifetime e-learning after the day.
- Few products. We train staff in RPA Copilot and GPT. Beginners to experts.
- Don't be afraid to recommend competitors. If we cannot help, we refer them to top rivals.
- Avoid meetings.
- No loans or investors. Then we are 100% the bosses.
- Only prepaid orders. Not one minute was spent chasing late payers. No headaches.
- 99 percent transparent. We ask the community for feedback. Take decisions in public. We share our financial numbers openly.
- Give back. We offer free online training to people who cannot afford a 4400 dollar day. Our community: โ€ช@ILoveAutomationโ€ฌ
- Automate every repetitive task. Our background makes it easy. We use LLMs, AI agents, RPA, APIs, and AI workflows.

What we want to get better at:
- Hire young people. We get older and need fresh ideas and products.
- Spend money on marketing. So far, our orders have come organic and by word of mouth.

Here is the financial update for Q2 2025:

YOUTUBE
We share free AI and RPA tutorials. Video ads earned $3,837 in Q2. More importantly, we helped people around the world.

LIVE TRAINING
Companies book Copilot and Power Automate workshops. Many know us from YouTube. This speeds up the sales process. We earned $118,730 from live seminars in Q2.

E-LEARNING
We sell online courses with lifetime access for $50 each. Q2 revenue: $16,921.

CONSULTING
We offer one-hour sessions for Power Automate, Copilot, or OpenAI. Sold 203 hours. Earned $48,427.

TOTAL
Earnings in Q2: $187,917.
