As we welcome the New Year, I'm excited to launch this new free yoga program – the "30-Day Yoga Stretch Series." This series is all about improving flexibility, finding balance, and enjoying moments of relaxation in our busy lives.

*What’s inside?*

- 30 short yoga videos, each 10-15 minutes long.
- Varied focus, ranging from full-body flexibility to targeted stretches for hips, shoulders, back, and more.

*Who is it best for?*

- A simple and accessible starting point for beginners in yoga or regular exercise.
- Perfect if you already work out and want to add yoga into your routine to enhance flexibility and recovery.
- Great way to bring a moment of calm and peace into your morning or night routine.

*Equipment needed:*

- Most videos only require a yoga mat, and there are a few seated routines that you can do on a carpet/towel.
- Some videos demonstrate the use of blocks and straps, but they’re optional. Feel free to stretch without equipment or use common household items as alternatives.
