Considering I've received many emails on this I'll post it here.
So last month I was issued a "Counterfeit Complaint" on a video I created back in July of 2019. The video was removed and I was issued ZERO penalties, but yet still accused of doing something very bad in the eyes of Google. I tried for over a month to get information on what exactly is wrong with the video, who issued the complaint and what part of the video was breaking the guidelines and I basically I was just told to wait as they were "looking into it." I have had conversations with their support team on Twitter, YouTube and I've sent emails to their legal team (I was told to do this for legal disputes.) Eventually the 30 day deadline passed and had radio silence still. Normally if you break any guideline your channel gets punished but mine was not. I was issued no strike and it's like nothing even happened outside of the video being removed.
