7am - warm lemon water + salt 8am - iced coffee 8:30am - green smoothie 9:30am - iced water jug 12:30pm - beet juice 12:45pm - one sip of strawberry boba tea 2pm - peppermint tea 4pm - iced water 8pm - chamomile tea 8:45pm - magnesi-om sleepy juice
As you can see, I drink a variation of drinks (plain water gets boring sometimes), but that doesn’t mean I’m drinking my calories. The main calorie sources from drinks are from the milk in my iced coffee, the ingredients in my smoothie, and the beet juice ingredients (plus that fun sip of boba).
