Jo I really need your advice. I have developed a glute imbalance. I noticed my left side has less balance and endurance. Though I trained the same. I now have a noticeable difference in my glute minimus. I workout from home with you and others. I don’t know anyone who lifts to get answers from. What can I do to correct it. I drink electrolytes about 10 15 minutes after I wake up in the morning. Then I will have a low calorie energy drink. And for most of the day I will focus on water but I will have a zero sugar pop and/or a fresca. Water can be so boring!

Wow. You drink so many sweet drinks. Edit: not judging, just genuinely surprised. For the people, who live outside the USA, it's unusual to see people drink sweet drinks everyday.

My drinks vary throughout the week, but this is kind of the schedule I follow with the cadence of my day 🥰
7am - warm lemon water + salt
8am - iced coffee
8:30am - green smoothie
9:30am - iced water jug
12:30pm - beet juice
12:45pm - one sip of strawberry boba tea
2pm - peppermint tea
4pm - iced water
8pm - chamomile tea
8:45pm - magnesi-om sleepy juice
As you can see, I drink a variation of drinks (plain water gets boring sometimes), but that doesn’t mean I’m drinking my calories. The main calorie sources from drinks are from the milk in my iced coffee, the ingredients in my smoothie, and the beet juice ingredients (plus that fun sip of boba).
You can reach your goals while keeping your drink selection varying!
