I have a habit of when I’m in public places of just chuckling or laughing to myself unprompted. My internal monologue is fairly entertaining so I don’t need to exert extra effort to do this. This is just how I am. What I find is when I do it, in most cases groups of people around me will start laughing too. Often multiple groups too. Sometimes it switches the entire group dynamic of the room unconsciously. Keep in mind for most people I’m not a public figure, I’m just a guy in a polo listening to my AirPods.
Lesson: you have more control over to world than you think. You unconsciously mould the dynamic of those around you without anyone even being aware of it. We’re constantly taking in feedback from our environment. Reality is being carved out in real time by billions of human radio towers trying to make their own life journey. A single person can change a dynamic.
