I’ve felt the same way. I can’t seem to find any community, it’s either bots or nothing at all. Wish I could go back to 2022 in the good old art YouTube days 😂

About 1 year ago I came back from my 1.5 year long break from the platform. Even though I had my old subscribers I lost almost my whole community. In the beginning I felt lost and thought I wouldn’t be able to ever build the loving family I once had here.
I however got proven wrong by your amazing support and love I received. I am so thankful for the people that stayed and kept encouraging me all the time. I am so thankful for all the new people I’ve met this past year! Even if I still feel behind compared to before I know I have people behind me, who support me, and who I can support back. I am so thankful for everyone commenting, watching and even just being here!
Thinking back to the very beginning (somewhere in 2019), I started making videos because I wanted to share my art and build a loving community and meet new friends. It was never about growing the numbers of views, but about the love and happiness (bro I am such and dork now..).
I am no big artist, I can’t even draw anatomy or find my art style (help), maybe I’ll always stay here where I am. But it doesn’t matter because I love the people who currently watch my videos and are at least a little interested in what I am doing. The comments I receive make my days and seeing you looking up to me when I doubt myself brights me courage and strength.
Suffering from my chronical illness and all the other troubles I have in life, art and YouTube has always been my escape. Thank you for being here, in this world and here with me! I am always thankful for just you, and I will always support you back! I love you all so much! ❤️
