I thought Trump was supposed to be a "dad is home" moment to swing us back from going too far with allowing crime and criminals to do whatever they want. Welp, I guess not. Charlie was the most chill, easy going family man that just wanted what's best for people and actively platformed people to say whatever they want about him and his beliefs. Even after Trump won, he proved it wasn't a grift by continuing to engage students on various campuses across the United States until today when his life was taken by some sick weirdo.
ANYBODY happy about this, I encourage you to go watch a video or two of Charlie speaking with students and tell me why you're celebrating the death of this man? I don't care what your politics are or what you believe at NOBODY should be killed over words, ESPECIALLY when they themselves are not violent nor advocating for violence.
I wasn't even a fan of Charlie, but I knew his content and his character. He was just one year older than me and I believe some of the things he did. I am shook. I feel like I lost a classmate despite never meeting the guy.
