whether you like it or not, Micah was one of the most dangerous members in the gang right after Arthur and John. sure he's more of a gunslinger than a fighter, but he's very tough too. and the truth is when he was fighting Arthur in the end (the man who gave Tommy brain damage), he would've killed Arthur eventually if there was no gun for Arthur to crawl to. so even comparing him to Sadie (a woman that got dominated by Milton who's an old man) in terms of physical strength is a weird choice to begin with.

Micah would win, and the argument "he could barely beat a terminally ill man" doesn't work because he was fighting Arthur Morgan, a man who probably lived most of his days living outside and doing heavy lifting. Sadie is strong, sure, but she wouldn't be able to beat Micah in a fist fight.
