1. Windows 365 is not for consumers 2. That's not the only way to get updates 3. I'd say there would be another subscription for customers, mostly to scare people into buying new devices or upgrade to Windows 11 4. People's gonna find a way to extract the updates and distribute them for free anyway

Being 365 for enterprise, I'm sure they did this for those Companies who don't want/can't afford to switch to Windows 11, like they did for Windows 7

I don't think there will be any office release here after for Home users. It will be 365 and enterprise.

I think Microsoft discontinuing Windows 10 altogether is a bad idea why can’t they make a lite version of Windows 11 or 12 for people stuck with unsupported hardware like me

I want to get a Steam deck now. If not I'll probably still install Steam OS on my old laptop anyway.

If we all think that Linux will become more popular after W10 drops support that Microsoft would do something about it, but nope, they're back to being stupid...

Bruh just switch to Linux Mint. Even non tech users are able to accomplish it with no issues. Mint is fabulous!!!! Offers security updates quickly as they get released. Vast selection of apps.

First switched to linux. Stayed there for a while. It was fun. Finally moved to mac. And it’s ms’s fault. They destroyed the very definition of operating system. Will never switch back

People will probably find some way to get them for free like with BypassESU for Windows 7.

Microsoft will offer Extended Support for Windows 10 if you buy a Windows 365 subscription.
