Clickbait, controversy and drama. Straight out of the Kardashian handbook.

Drama and controversy get you views the quickest these days, but they are the hardest to maintain out of the four. If you use one of or all of the three other options, it will most likely be a much slower process in getting views. But although it's much slower, you have a much higher chance of getting a consistent and loyal fan base that genuinely enjoys your content.

Relatibility. Hear me out. There's a reason vids showing Dollar Tree shopping hauls and how to ball on a budget are gaining traction as living life gets harder in this economy. Streamers are more popular than TV show hosts hence why celebs go on podcasts or Twitch now to get viral with new crowds/potential fans. People related to "girl math" trends cuz it gives a false sense of community. Drama would've been my 1st pick but it easily fizzles out when new messiness happens 2 seconds later.

Initially, I was gonna say "relatability" but I realized that's just my preference. So I tried to think of someone who blew up recently & Ash Trevino came to mind :// so.. seems to me it must be "drama & controversy" :// sadlyyy

I feel like drama and beauty. Those are the main 2. Conterversial ones get sponsorships and money. I literally saw one of my friends post on tiktok and she gained 28k in 2 weeks. She is now at 43k and it been like 3 months She only posted 6 videos the first 2 weeks. I didn't count how many she has now. I am so happy for her ngl. She is so pretty and deserves it.

Sadly, drama and controversy are the quickest way. I still don’t understand why some people on the internet choose to DONATE to them. They even dare to flex the money they got from it 😭

Rage bait is the new thing! Make the most controversial video or comment and you will blow up!

This just reminded me of Matt Rife. The reason he made misogynistic comments about women is because he wanted conservative men to like him..like girl.

Sadly? It’s drama and controversy no matter what group you’re in. I am a BookTuber and there was a huge issue a few weeks ago and I was getting people telling me I HAD to talk about it or else I am somehow a horrible person—no I don’t, but I release a video on why I didn’t and to stop assuming things about my personal life and… that video is my most viewed in months 🙄

controversy fr otherwise every creator won't jump on the same irrelevant tiktok drama to create discourse in the same time period regurgitating the same points 😭

It honestly depends if you blow up for controversy you look bad you don’t really get “clout” but if we are talking just ppl who just talk about whatever I think its consistency
