If there was evidence of Iranian NPT violations, the IAEA reports this to its Board of Governors, which can refer the matter to the UNSC for possible action, including sanctions or other measures. The United States used zero legal mechanism prescribed in the treaty.

Why should any country be allowed to have nukes? How could anyone prevent world wide proliferation from happening? For what reasons should they be prevented? Who should be allowed to have oversight on all nukes? How can we be sure they are trustworthy? After witnessing and recording 1000s of years of history of warring around the globe, what have we learned about the consequences of war? The purveyors of war? The societal and financial ramifications ofcwar? Shouldnt humanity after experiencing all of that conclude that perhaps there are better ways to resolve our differences than destruction od each others infrastructures and societies? How much sense does it make to continue waste life and perfectly developed resources in this way, When we do actually know better ways to coexist? .

According to sharia law using nuclear weapon is Haram because killing innocent is haram and we know not all jews are zionists in Israel so it's haram, the leader has talked about it many times on iranian tv but in Fox news they only show "Death to Izrael" 😦

Even if İran had not been in compliance with the NPT - which actually permits any country to enrich Uranium up to 99.9%, and as the IAEA has again confirmed İran has been in compliance - that would still not justify or permit the US, or any other country or bloc to attack İran's civilian Nuclear program! This can only legally be dealt with by the UN Security Council passing a binding Resolution - and such actions as were to be authorised thereby would still NOT include b0mb¡ng any nuclear sites!!

I am 50/50 on this. Some countries are allowed nukes and some are not apparently. Ukraine was told way back in the day they weren't allowed to have nukes and the world would stand beside them if they were threatened. Look at where they are today.

Have a look at Consortium News, interview with Ritter and McGovern. Ritter has explained this clearly. I mean, this yes or no question. If you are 12 years old, then it is in place. Otherwise, things are not so simply black and white.

Iran wasn’t fully complying, which is what the negotiations aimed to resolve but seems like someone didn’t want Iran to comply.

Thank you President Trump! And shame on you who criticize our President. A message to all the unhappy, unhinged leftists.... Go to another country! Try Mexico or Canada, you'll be much happier there.
