Anyone know that feeling? When you complete something so monumental and it doesn’t feel real? Where you’re in a state of utter disbelief that it’s over? I came up with a story idea the first or second week of January, 2025. Today, I have finally completed my chapter-by-chapter outline. We’re looking at 75 chapters split into three parts, following three main characters in a whole new world that barely existed before January. Tomorrow, I’m starting my first draft. Theoretically, it should be a breeze since I have every single detail I can think of already on paper.
The book (I’m still working on a title lol) is a young adult science-fiction heist adventure that places my heroes on the verge of destruction as they navigate the consequences of their actions and fears. Themes include discovering what really defines your worth, that pushing away your problems will never solve them, and to not be blind to the good things that are right in front of you. (These are themes that resonate with me since I’ve dealt/am dealing with them myself.)
I only ask that you guys pray for me and pray that my work will be honoring to the Lord…because I aim to publish this book. If it be God’s will, that will happen. If not, I’ll put the dang outline on Wattpad after so many years 😂 But seriously, I want to thank y’all for sticking with me for so long. I’ve neglected my channel terribly, I’ve left y’all in horrible suspense with my Clone Wars fanfic (which I don’t think I’m going to return to sadly) but I think it’ll all be worth it in the end! You all have been so supportive and kind, and it’s really been you guys that have helped me along this journey. If I hadn’t gotten so many good responses to my fanfics and other writings, I doubt I’d be here today. You guys have changed my world for the better, and maybe within the near future I can give you all a whole new world and an crazy, swashbuckling adventure. Thank you ALL again 💖
Can I go scream now? Because I’m really excited for this…
