I hate when Supp companies run Black Friday deals and give away swag. We want free supps!

As a special Olympics athlete it's better to give supplements that's better than anything else to reach fitness goals 💪

You can give supps if you know what they like. Otherwise money is always appreciated.

Heres your answer, a single dumbell. Preferably a challenging weight for them to use

Steel 35's, 45's and 100's. Incase the gym is catering to the small crowd. I mean really, no 35 pound plates!? I can kinda understand why no steel, limit damage, but if you have 50 plastic 10's and two sets of foam 10, 25, 45( which is only good for standing on), why not real weights.

I’m all about gift cards… just find out what they need or what they spend most of their money on and get em a gift card accordingly 💪

Pay for them to be able to work with a very good personal trainer. If results are important to them, trainer is going to be essential.
