Last year, my goal was to focus on protein (it makes me feel better, less fatiged and makes my muscles feel like they recover faster) This year, I'm focusing on fiber, and the habits I build last year (steps, building muscle, etc.)

I already walk and eat 'well enough'. I have been resistance training for almost two weeks to regain some of the muscle I lost since 2020. (I stopped working out after I got sick in January 2020 with what was likely covid and never got back into it because recovery took a long time.)

I have diabetes (type 2) and have myasthenia gravis which is an autoimmune disease. I have a sedentary lifestyle (because I am my partner's full time carer and can rarely leave the house) I eat plant based whole foods (generally) So any ideas are welcome.
