Is anyone else having an absolute nightmare with KYC & EDD ( casino checks ) I have the same casino now asking me for a tax return almost every month yet you get 1 tax return per year !! What the Fuck do these companies want . This month said casino wasn’t happy with salary , dividends and capital Gains as per a tax return submitted to HMRC they want supplier invoices and so much crap that’s irrelevant . I’ve just told them to do one today as it’s just not worth the effort but beer in mind said casino in the last 6 weeks have had: annual tax return for last couple of years , bank statements , company accounts , passport / Driving licence, investment statements ( capital gains income ) and half a pint of blood . When is enough enough ?

This was a bricks and mortar casino, the gambling commission said that it was 'a business decision' on the part of the casino. They claimed that we could be money launderers which is laughable since this place is full of groups of choice characters that don't even watch the games that they're playing.

Rocknrolla has had the same problem he can't play on any casino at the moment he has deposit limits set at like 25 pound

@danieltracy744

Refer them to GC guidance as they cant repeatedly ask especially if its for loss limits or withdrawal, they can only ask it for both things once when a trigger limit is reached. Otherwise they're going beyond their own Ts & Cs

@kirsty0312

This is ridiculous, it makes no sense why they'd need all that.

I've completely stopped playing It's nothing to do with losing money its so much hassle and you get treated like shit All this stress and worry for what? Play some slots.. When you say it out loud it sounds so fucking childish anyway The money I've saved has gone on me going to Prague next week for West hams final and getting a season ticket and I feel great about it. Good luck Ross you was the only one I really enjoyed watching in the arcade videos

What makes me laugh the most when they say for money laundering. So if the money was laundered why can the casino keep it. Its a scam.

@bonnywail

It's regulations not the Providers (casinos) Fault.The casinos want you to gamble, the more the merrier but government regulations are getting stricter and more invasive. I worked in a casino for years, Bacta wanted to enforce a law that basically wanted all casino operators to challenge all jackpot (high licence ) players to prove they could afford it..🤦 Imagine following these guidelines and turning customers away from illegitimate gambling !! My boss would have had no business left.. They've introduced no under 16 to play Cat D complex machines (fruits) without adult supervision.. They are cutting off their own noses to spite their own faces . The government has been after the Gambling industry for years, they know they haven't been honest with their accounts, Cooking the books!! They will punish them for this, adversely it will punish the players in the process.
